1. Alert Date: The date the flag alert was created
2. ASIN (Amazon Standard Item Number): Conditional field for tracking Amazon shipments
3. Case Pack: Quantity of units per case for a SKU purchased in bulk cases
4. EAN (European Article Number): A 13-digit barcoding system, expanding upon the 12-digit Universal Product Code (UPC), designed for enhanced product identification and tracking.
5. FBA(Fulfilled by Amazon): The seller stores their products in Amazon's fulfillment centers, and Amazon takes care of the packing, shipping process
6. FC Transfer (Fulfillment Center Transfer): Transferring inventory between Amazon fulfillment centers
7. Flag
- Red: Out of Stock - Items that are out of stock and have 0 available Amazon inventory.
- Orange: Restock Now - Items with available Amazon inventory that cover less than your set minimum days of FBA inventory. (Ex. less than 30 days remaining at Amazon)
- Yellow: Restock Soon - Items with available Amazon inventory to cover between your set minimum and maximum days of FBA inventory. (Ex. 30-60 days remaining at Amazon)
- Green: Well Stocked - Items with available Amazon inventory greater than your set maximum days of FBA inventory. (Ex. 60+ days remaining at Amazon)
- Teal: New - Newly introduced items with no restock recommendation given yet.
8. FNSKU (Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit): A unique identifier that assigned to each SKU
9. Hazmat: The flammable and explosive items that require special storage, or handling by Amazon
10. Historical Days of Purchase Orders (Parent ASIN): Ratio of the average sellable units in stock to the average daily shipped units, categorized by parent ASIN.
11. Markup %: The percentage added to the cost of a product to determine its selling price (or price spread)
12. SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): A unique identifier assigned to a specific product or item
13. Status:
- Checked_in: The order checked into AMZ
- Closed: Completed the receiving process (closing the order)
- Deleted: The Order was canceled midway between steps 2 and 6 in the 'Restock from Upload' section.
- In-transit: The order is transported
- Pending: The order is currently being processed and has not been completed or shipped yet.
- Receiving: The order is to be shipped to Amazon and stored in the warehouse
- Shipped: The order sent to the shipping unit
- Working: The order has been successfully processed and is now a confirmed shipment.
14. Sugg Reorder: The quantity of units Inventory Optimizer recommends reordering from your supplier
15. Sugg Ship: The number of units recommended by Inventory Optimizer for shipment from your warehouse inventory to Amazon
16. Tags: User-defined field to help filter items; for example, save tags as item colors or sizes
17. UPC (The Universal Product Code): The standardized barcode system that allows stores to track inventory and sales
