Inventory Optimizer Notifications

Inventory Optimizer provides notifications in the application and by email so you stay up to date on your products' inventory levels and more. 

Where can I find the notifications page?

The notifications page is found by selecting the bell icon on the top right navigation. You will see a preview of your notifications and can click on the "Notifications" header to go to the Notifications dashboard. The notifications dashboard will list the alerts relevant to your account and you can click each alert to filter out specific information selected. 

How do I get email notifications?

Email Frequency is found at the bottom of the Notifications page in Inventory Optimizer. You can choose to set the email frequency to monthly, weekly, daily, or never. All email addresses connected to the company will receive the email frequency that is set for the company. Once this is set, you will receive an email at the frequency chosen with the same information found on the notifications page, so you do not need to log in to see your notifications. You can also select any of the links in the email to open the desired information in Inventory Optimizer. 

Email notifications will be sent to you from noreply@inventoryoptimizer.ai. If you are not receiving your email notifications, please check your spam folder for emails from this address.

How do I modify my notifications? 

Notifications can be modified at the bottom of the notifications page, under the Turn On/Off Notifications section. You can toggle off/on individual alerts depending on which metrics are most important to you and toggle off alerts that are not relevant to your account. Notifications are set on the company level, so any alerts that are toggled on will be available to all connected users of the company. 

What information is in the notifications?

Notifications will help you set up and maintain your Inventory Optimizer account with account alerts and missing information. Missing information includes things like items without associated suppliers, missing costs, no MOQ, and more, to make sure your account is optimized.

Notifications also include metrics on your top and slow sellers as well as tracking your inventory and PO suggestions. Easily see how many products are well stocked, out of stock, and low stocked and then which products are on a suggested purchase order.

If you are a RestockAMZ user, you will also receive notifications on your shipment status and Amazon stock status based on your preset alert flags. 

Both in-app and email notifications will display the same data.
