If you would like Inventory Optimizer to sync automatically with QuickBooks or if you need to change how often your sync runs, continue reading.
How to set up and modify automatic syncs:
- Open the QuickBooks Web Connector
- Select the checkbox next to ForecastRx from the Application column and select the checkbox in the Auto-Run column for Inventory Optimizer.
- Then enter how frequently you would like the sync to run in the Every-Min column. This is how many minutes you would like between each sync. We recommend entering 1440 so the sync will run automatically once a day. The auto-run cycle will start when you enter the number of minutes, meaning if you would like the sync to occur once a day outside of office hours, we recommend setting up the auto-run at the time of day you would like it to run. For example, if you would like the sync to run at 6 pm once a day, you will need to set the auto-run to 1440 at 6 pm.
- Next, enter your password which you use to log in to Inventory Optimizer online, and then click "Update Selected" at the top of the Web Connector window. A sync will initiate at that time and then will run the following syncs automatically according to the number of minutes set in the Auto-Run field.
To modify your auto-run interval, please open the Web Connector and follow the steps above to change the Auto-Run time.
